30 Day Wellbeing Challenge

This 30 Day Wellbeing Challenge is in place to encourage you to use your daily exercise allowance the government has set for your wellbeing.  Go for a walk, a run a cycle even run or skip around the garden.  The benefits of activity for emotional and mental health can help greatly with maintaining mental wellbeing. The endorphins that the brain releases during exercise help to improve mood, energy levels and even sleep. Together, these positive effects help to improve self-confidence and resilience.

This challenge can be entered at any time, there is no fixed date to complete it by.

This is how it works

  1. Enter the 30 Day Wellbeing Challenge
  2. For 30 days you will complete 3 forms of physical exercise a week – that can be walking, running, cycling, skipping as long as you’re moving it counts
  3. The minimum distance is 1.5 miles. This is so whatever you choose to do it complies with the government’s advice or 30-60 minutes
  4. Record your exercise – on a piece of paper, your phone, watch, strava app, whichever way you can and at the end of the month send your evidence to registrations@finish-line-events.co.uk and we will post your well-deserved medal

50% of profit for each entry will be given to the charity Mind.
