The 100 mile 30 day challenge is what it says on the tin. Run, Jog, Plod or Walk at your own pace, when you want, where you want, from beginners to club runners, no matter how far or fast you go this is for you. Add and extra few miles to your runs or add extra runs somewhere new, go exploring, make it your own personal challenge and enjoy every mile.
This challenge can be entered at any time, you choose your start date, just complete in 1 month (or 30 days) and send us your evidence of the completed milage. You can use an app like Garmin or Strava or simply record it on a piece of paper. Send your completed challenge evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org and your well earned medal will be in the post.
