Our Bootcamp is great for beginners and seasoned alike. All workouts are for a wide range of people, all ages and abilities. They offer a more challenging, varied, and fun workout that includes individual and team activities. Our sessions will provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and aerobic endurance using tyres, battle ropes, logs and your own bodyweight.
Gloves are not essential but you are welcome to wear them.
Sessions days and times
Wednesday 7pm – 8pm
Saturday 8am – 9am
Pay as you go £6 per session
Limited Membership £20 Perfect if you want to attend once a week
Unlimited membership £35 enjoy unlimited session each month
Members also have access to our members only Facebook page for nutritional guidance, home workouts & tutorials, motivation, group discussions and more
